05_05 | Melodic Techno Jam Session with Elektron Digitakt

Embracing Minimalism: Unleashing Creativity with the Digitakt - They say that sometimes, "less is more," and I couldn't agree more. In a bold move, I stripped down my entire setup, leaving only the Digitakt at the heart of my creative process.

Today, I embarked on a mesmerizing journey into the realms of Melodic Techno. Drawing inspiration from the captivating sounds of the MiniFreakV, I sampled its ethereal essence to fashion a hypnotic lead that forms the backbone of the composition. I went a bit heavy on the LFOs and FXs, but it felt right while performing the track.

Recently, I've received a couple of emails inquiring about my Ableton Live Mixing Template for the Elektron Digitakt with Overbridge. It appears that the download link became inactive, I inadvertently neglected to update it. I am currently in the process of refreshing my template and incorporating my latest mastering chain into it.

Rest assured, Template 2.0 is on its way, and you can expect it very soon. Stay tuned for the update!

Live Recording with Ableton Live.
